Soufflé of the High Latitudes of the South of Altitude is a creation inspired by the major dynamics of Southern Hemisphere – sector 25, at approximately 10 km.
This creation draws inspiration from southern latitudes, widely open to the ocean and shaped by vast, continuous air circulations. The flows there often remain steadier, more fluid, and more coherent on a large scale.
Less cold than the poles, but clearly not here for jokes.
